At TSA, we believe that safety doesn’t start on the worksite, it starts long before the first tool is picked up.
Our Utilities Pole to Pit Team recently participated in dedicated training sessions focused on our updated Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), with the time taken to ensure every team member fully understands the procedures, controls, and expectations required to perform their work safely.
These sessions are more than a compliance exercise. They are an opportunity for our crews to ask questions, share experiences, and gain a deeper understanding of the risks associated with their work and the measures in place to protect them. Every SWMS is reviewed in detail to ensure our teams are confident, informed, and prepared before arriving on site.
At TSA, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset. That’s why we invest significant time and resources into ongoing training, education, and continuous improvement. We want every employee to know they are supported, valued, and equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to return home safely at the end of every day.
At TSA our commitment is simple, we prioritise safety, invest in our people, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and site compliance across every project we deliver. Because a strong safety culture isn’t built by paperwork alone, it’s built by looking after people.
