Our Data Centre work fast tracks the early phases of design and construct of all underground building services and entry. Our proven delivery expertise, consists of:
Providing “in house” design for U/G services which includes clash detection and spatial planning for all services.
Internal Surveyors & Strutural Draftsman (experienced 3D BIM Modeling, Revit & Autocad.
Work in conjunction with principal Design Consultants for approved services and products.
Oversee & Project Manage a Combined Services Route (CSR), includes:
- Plumbing
- Fire Services & Cold Water
- Data & Communications
- Low Voltage Electrical Systems
- CCTV Systems
- Drainage Systems (spoon drains, drainage pits, & downpipes)
- On-site Detention (OSD) Tanks
- Legal Point of Discharge
- Bulk Earthworks
- Foundation Works (deep pad foundations, bored piles, & footings)
- Rock Core Barrels-450mm to 900mm to suit 13.5 to 23.5 tonne excavators.
- Fencing (Harmonic filter fencing & gates, security fencing with concrete plinth & chain wire mesh).
Additional aspects we Project Manage are – GP Interceptor tanks & Mag Flow meters.
